12 WEEK RAC TEEN SPORTS PERFORMANCE PROGRAM

RAC’s 12-week Teen Sports Performance program forges faster, stronger, and smarter athletes through an intense, sport-specific curriculum designed for high school competitors. Each week blends progressive strength & conditioning, explosive speed work, movement screening, and injury-prevention protocols, all led by coaches who push purposefully and correct with precision. Athletes leave with measurable gains in power, agility, and endurance, improved biomechanics for on-field dominance, and the discipline to translate gym progress into game-day results.

10 WEEK FORGE TEEN PERFORMANCE PROGRAM

The Forge is a focused 10-week teen performance program that fuses faith and fitness to build stronger bodies, clearer minds, and deeper character. Through sport-specific strength and conditioning, intentional skill work, and weekly faith-based reflection, participants train with relentless purpose—learning discipline, leadership, and teamwork both in the gym and in life. Designed for motivated teens, The Forge pushes physical limits while anchoring progress in values, creating athletes who are not just faster and stronger, but grounded, confident, and ready to lead.

12 WEEK RAC TEEN TRANSFORMATION PROGRAM

The 12-Week RAC Teen Transformation is a purpose-built program for motivated teens who want real results—improved strength, athleticism, confidence, and movement efficiency. With progressive strength & conditioning sessions, speed and agility work, mobility and recovery protocols, and weekly coaching check-ins, athletes follow a focused plan tailored to their age and goals. Our coaches prioritize safe technique, gradual load progression, and mental toughness to build resilience and above all, confidence. We hive then the tools to get stronger, healthier, and more prepared for life.

4 WEEK FORGE SPEED SCHOOL

The Forge 4-Week Speed School fuses relentless, sport-specific training with a faith-driven foundation, sharpening speed, quickness, and agility while strengthening the heart and mind. Each session pushes athletes through purposeful drills and explosive strength work, guided by principles of discipline, perseverance, and stewardship—training the body to perform and the spirit to endure.
